The entire process of “spotting” the ball on every play and two doofuses with chains and poles marking 10 yards is so funny when it comes down to inches like that

Replay has become a joke. There is no way they can say that was proof to overturn the call. I think he was a hair short but call on the field should have stood.

Yep. The moment it really jumped the shark was in the basketball championship when the defender made a play that happens 10+ times a game, swatting the ball out of bounds.
Then they proceed to zoom in and say the ball rolled off the offensive player’s fingernail, which probably happens on half of all swats.
