Intersex affects 0.01% of all births including ones that aren’t as ambiguous birth or don’t identity opposite of their genetics making the number actually affecting women’s sports even smaller. It still happens like the Olympic boxer and that track athlete who likely had ambiguous genitalia at birth and labeled female at birth or raised as one soon after birth due to 3rd world medicine and bias to view any malformation of a penis at birth as not being male.
The mental illness labeled as Transgender is being pushed daily to increase its numbers by the alphabets, Dems, and by doctors who are making money off it, just blindly follow leftist views, or always blindly taking the opposite view of the other side. Those kids that they are permanently damaging including mutilation aren’t part of that 0.01%, but they make up most of the issues with males in women’s sports.

There are over 500,000 NCAA student athletes.
I think less than 10 of them are transgender. Should there be zero? Yes (I think there are now zero with the NCAA new rule), but it makes up so many more headlines than it should. Again, it should be a very common sense issue. It just sometimes feels like it is people yelling at clouds to their own little right wing bubble so everyone can be mad at the trans kids together.
