They can find guys at tiny schools and big schools, guys that underperformed but are athletic, etc etc.

If it had stayed in the hands of the Dr Z types, it would have been decades before the draft became a thing. Between Mel's Jet comments and the Tobin incident, he rocketed the draft to it's standing today.
Ironically, as much as I respect Kiper, I haven't seen him in a long time. I ditched ESPN a long time ago for the NFLN.

Personally I’d find it hilarious for Mel Kiper to be in and not Bill Tobin.
