Louisiana, one of the poorest states, is funneling 200 million dollars to one college’s atheltic program rather than invest the money in its major city- New Orleans

200 million would fix every pothole, clean every sidewalk, and transform every Orleans parish public school into facilities that would make even Nordic nations blush

You think I need chatGPT to help with listing out Michigan’s long track record of being dirty shitheads the past decade? Brother I was just warming up.

I didn’t even get into Matt Weiss, which is by far the worse of the entire collection. Or Mazi Smith gun charges where he missed 0 games, the constant recruiting violations, etc.

Michigan had by far the dirtiest athletic program over the past decade and it’s not even close.

The way Michigan fans describe they and their athletics as some beacon of morality is absolutely hilarious and the biggest reason why I went from a fan as a youngster, to someone who can't stand them now.

Add the Fab 5 scandal and Steve Fisher getting let go in disgrace to the long list that some have mentioned here already.

Michigan's hands are just as dirty as those so called SEC renegade schools who sacrifice morality for winning. Get the frick out of here with that holier than thou crap.

Michigan fans should just stand on their tradition of winning and being a fantastic learning institution instead of looking down their noses at everyone else.

What precisely was bad about the way Kiffin or Wade was hired?

I don’t know much about the Wade hire but the Kiffin hire was pretty standard. There was a lot of noise because he left a team during a playoff run but it was a standard hire from LSU’s perspective. Coaches are hired before the season ends all the time.

You, an admitted Trump hating homosexual, believing that if only government had more money it would fix the problems it created is the least surprising thing I’ll read here this evening.

I think the guy repping the state with Detroit and Flint might be the wrong messenger for the argument that Louisiana has a misallocation of resources.

New Orleans obviously has a corruption and governance problem. Those don't improve with more money. The California and Washington DC comparisons demonstrate as much.

Your primary problem is a projection problem. The idea that Michigan does things the right way is a peak clown take.

This is the same Michigan school that knowingly cheated their way to a Championship ? Sounds like they wanted to win at all costs.
LSU only hired some coaches, they didn't damage the integrity of the Championship or College Football by cheating like Michigan did.

look Hail I know you are retarded, but come on no need to be this retarded. The state isn’t paying 200MM, the private citizens some who happen to be residents of Louisiana are paying this with their own discretionary money.

This is still the United States and despite insane high tax rates, people do have discretionary money and they spend it on what they want.

So our 200 MM over 4 to 7 years that it’s currently committed isn’t stopping any of the whiney dumb bitch stuff you posted from happening.

Enjoy your sexual scandal ridden Michigan. I’m sure in a year we will hear about Dusty May with a little boy.
