Cavs win with another stellar performance by Tristan Thompson (2 pts / 3 rbs / 1 blk in 28 minutes of work). Back in the 1 seed with @Boston coming up tomorrow.

Man has he dropped so fast in such a short amount of time.

Kardashian must be wearing his butt out at night.

Nothing like the Thompson they had the last 2 years.

every player who started had more points and rebounds than him.

8 players scored more points than him

i joke about a 'kardashian curse', but it is real.

TT will turn it on in the playoffs. Guys just don't forget how to play. He just isn't working very hard in the regular season.

There is something about Minnesota that just doesn't feel right.

They have 3 (or 4 if you count Levine) great offensive pieces. But, their defensive abilities are just horrendous. I remember when Wiggins came out how they said his defense would be great because of his athleticism. He and levine should be two of the best defenders in the league with their length and athleticism. I know Levine is hurt, but they weren't great even when he was healthy.

Will they ever make the turn?

to be fair, lavine is injured. But I agree I just don't understand the team itself though, they have 2 of the youngest 'stars' in Wiggins/KAT. They have Rubio who can't shoot, but he's arguably a top 5 defensive guard, and they have lavine who is a perfect secondary/tertiary ball handler.

I think the problem is KAT isn't as great defensively as they need him to become.

that's an old narritive. rubio is playing out of his god damn mind right now.

their problem is that wiggins is unintrested on defense, they have no depth and they need a true stretch four

i never was high on wiggins he doesn't strike me as someone who wants to be great. if the t wolves get the first or 2nd pick somehow and can get josh jackson i would bet money wiggins gets shipped out they got a decision to make cause his contract year is coming up and if you pay him you are locked in.

rubio is the leader of that team right now he's not the problem

In March he went for 47.2/43.9/92.9 -- 17.8/4.5/10.4 with only 2.9 TOV a game

On the season he's shooting 40.7/31.8/82.8

its not an old narrative that he is a poor shooter, he still is even if he has a one month where he's playing AMAZING.
