Competition Snowboarding doesn't even have to be considered a sport for one to be able to recognize his absolute mastery of his craft. He has unreal athletic ability and creativity and he has the x-factor that separates the great from the greatest: He puts it all together and puts on some of his best performances when the lights are on at the biggest stage. Consistently.

There are thousands of people across all athletic competitions that have had amazing performances. There are few that have amazing performances routinely.

Both

But that's not how it works, so by your original definition, fighting is not a sport.

It is only a sport when someone wins by ending the fight. Otherwise, it is do guys hitting each other while some people (Many of who never even fought in their life) decide who looked better. At that point it is a beauty contest.

As long as you call him an athlete idgaf what you think his profession is

He is amazing at what he does and anyone who disagrees or try to belittle what he does is a troll or doesn't have a fricking clue

You're dumb

If you don't think snowboarding is a sport, then you'll agree that baseball is not a sport either.

Like i said, it is a sport. There's no need to argue with them. Anyone that truly believes that professional snowboarding is not a sport isn't worth paying attention to in an argument because their ignorance is glaring.

I think snowboarding is a sport and shaun is an athlete

But I think Car racing is a sport but the drivers are not athletic

People on this board that don't ever work out couldn't last 20 laps in any major auto racing classification. They've also never so much as made a run down a hill skiing or snowboarding either...everyone that has knows how sore you are after a day of that stuff even if you are good and don't fall, if you don't workout much, it's about like doing 50 push-ups and sit ups after not doing anything for 6 months.
