He can date whatever he wants but if she's just a toy then, give her a contract and billable so this type of shite will never work.

Surely you're smart enough to know a woman can claim anything in civil court and get benefit of the doubt.

Putting him in jail doesn’t get her 23 million and she faces a much more difficult burden of proof. Any civil case would also be stayed until the criminal case is disposed of. That could take years. So no, she wouldn't have logically led with that.
You have shown ITT that you lack a basic understanding of how and why cases are litigated the way they are. This notion that if there were merit to criminal accusations that victims would seek criminal prosecution rather than civil couldn’t be further from reality. Civil remedies, in a ton of situations (including this one), are far better for the victims that a criminal remedy.
