If I were the Nets I would trade Simmons and Irving to the Lakers for Westbrook, Beverly, and the two firsts they can trade.

The Nets could then be buyers in the free agent market this summer.

Could use some Sixers and Lakers picks to make a big player trade around the Harris contract and others.

Or could blow it all up and trade Durant

The Nets recently offered Kyrie Irving an extension with guarantee stipulations, sources tell @ShamsCharania.

Sources said the offer, which was declined, was not well received.

Well, if the Nets don't make this trade they are going to get a very compromised Kyrie. Meaning he will shut it down in so many ways. The bottom line is whether he stays or goes the Nets are toast.

In fairness to the Nets, how were they supposed to know that Kyrie Irving was a dink.

The only team who will pay him what he wants is the lakers.
