Nah dude. That's not mental. That's not her getting old. She's either fricked up, or having a serious medical issue. She was clearly disoriented, I really don't find it funny at all. I do think it's fricked up that she was allowed to go out there in the first place and put this on front street for the whole world to see.

Had it been medical, you'd think Serena would have shown a ton of concern. No one is going to allow their sibling to do that if they have no idea what the frick if going on with them and there is a fear of some medical condition causing it.
OTOH, if she showed up impaired then Serena was fricked and decided to let her go out there and embarrass the frick out of herself.
We'll never ever know the truth I'd guess...
