It’s ok to acknowledge it.

It's also okay to acknowledge that using bowl game lines as an indicator of conference strength is ridiculous. If the committee was looking for the best teams, the games wouldn't matter. TCU deserved it more than Alabama this year.

Why stop at B12/TCU. B10 was viewed as pretty weak, should we also remove OSU & Mich. Then we can have the 4 playoff team of UGA v LSU, and Tenn v Bama.

If you want to give Mich credit for being an undefeated weak conference championship, then we can have UGA v Bama and Mich v Tenn

Are you this mad that TCU canceled your 3-7 team's bowl game?

I’m just shining light on how silly it was for everyone to discount the SEC this year and act like the Big 12 was a strong conference.

Literally that was the basis for people saying non-champ TCU had better resume than non-champ Bama.

“SEC is down, TCU’s schedule was impressive.”

Surely you aren't as stupid as you keep acting in regards to this subject.

Conference records against other P5 conferences.

ACC: 7-10
Big 12: 7-3
Big Ten: 4-6
Pac-12: 2-6
SEC: 10-5

I’m certain you have no fricking life outside of this weird topic the past week.

I know it’s just the liberty bowl, but dear God, I hope we win over Arkansas.

As much as I hate Kansas state, I hope the state of Kansas goes 2-0 against your conference.

If you think that a Big 12 team who didn’t win their conference and whose “big” non-con game was Colorado undoubtedly had a top 4 resume you can make that argument, but my position is far from stupid as we all know SEC is much stronger than Big 12.

A teams resume is who that team plays. The overall conference strength includes every one in the conference.

In the Big 12 there are 10 teams and they play 9 games so they play every one. The SEC has 14 teams and only plays 8 games. The Big 12 has 5 more conference losses just by by playing an extra game.

In the SEC the strength of an individual teams resume in the SEC will vary AND MAY NOT be as strong as the conference overall. For example Tennessee played LSU and Alabama out of the west those 2 were a combined 12-4 in SEC games. UGA played Auburn and Miss St a combined 6-10. Since UGA was 8-0 and Tenn was 6-2 and the rest of their schedules is the same so in the “other” games Tenn faced teams that were 20-4 compared to UGA 12-12. So you can not compare the overall conference strength when compare individual teams. Sorry Bama played Vandy you go flyer credit for being in the same conference as Georgia while not playing them

Team logo bet? We can use the spread. Loser has to use other team’s logo until start of Spring camp.

Why don’t you go bukkake the bowl odds of the potential result

Even ESecPN's jacked up metrics have TCU with the #3 resume.

you're either a troll or dumber than a sack of hammers. either way, please stop with the daily threads about how bama should be rewarded with a backdoor playoff birth for their big one point win over UT's backup.

Your position may not be but you are if you don’t understand the difference between the strength of a conference and the strength of an individual teams schedule
