They really need to figure out a way to move Memphis and New Orleans to the East. Problem is who do you bring from the East to the West? Milwaukee is one but who's the other? The Bulls would fight it tooth and nail.

My greatest fear is that LeBron continues to win championships in the East due to weak playoff schedules and Durant feels like he has to go to an Eastern team.

I think KD likes playing close to home too much and has a great relationship with the Thunder fanbase.

Then again, I thought the same about LeBron in Cleveland

Phoenix or Portland are the two matchups I would want the most, then Memphis. They are good but they're not a team that I think we wouldn't beat in a 7 game series. The Clippers would probably be the worst matchup. Ideally the standings stay the same, but I would be cool with the 4th seed and a matchup with Portland.

Cleveland is one of the shittiest cities in the US. Lot of Louisiana posters wanna talk shite on OKC, but it has had quite a renaissance over the past 15 years.

Great place to live.

Completely agree.

I'm not fond of my time living in Oklahoma, but in my defense, my residences were Enid and Altus, respectively

OKC is nice, though. On par with Kansas City, at least (and I like KC very much).

It's better than Altus, but I guess that's not saying much

And I also agree with PCT: Tulsa is nice. Stayed there a couple times while moving Mrs. T and then myself up here to Missouri. Tulsa's almost exactly the halfway point between Warrensburg and Altus.

Calm down, wasn't a fan of either city but the only times I went there was to get my arse kicked in football during high school.

He's listed as being born in DC and went to HS in Rockville Md and Oak Hill Academy in Va so I'm gonna take that as he's from the DC area

LeBron left Cleveland to win a Championship. He didn't think the Cavs could or would put the pieces around him unfortunately in our sports culture he would be judged on rings and not given a break for staying in Cleveland if he didn't win.

OKC has put together a nice team. It will be interesting to see if they can keep it together and what moves they make going forward. Shipping out Harden (Thank God :lol;) is a little concerning. We'll see where they go, but I wouldn't be surprised to see KD stay.

Prayers sent; especially on the latter. Altus is considered the a-hole of Oklahoma.

He is, but he chose playing college in Austin, TX over all the schools in the Northeast including hometown Georgetown. KD appears to love the Midwest.

I cover a hospital down there, and holy hell it is ugly. Lawton is a shithole too, but the Wichita Mountains are actually pretty cool for hiking, rock climbing, and camping.

I of course assume you are Air Force right?

Yeah, went hiking/rock climbing around there many times. Not much else to do, but I enjoyed it for what it was worth.

Yessir. Altus was my first duty station. Been in Missouri since then.
