i recognize that living the in current can influence an opinion or feeling..

The NFL is in a tough spot. They make millions selling a violent sport, but are starting to come under fire for its violence. So they are adjusting. Fans, on the other hand, are starting to get pissed off that their game is changing. This threatens the revenue.
If there is a way to make football "safe" yet still as fun to watch, I'm all in. Just not sure it's possible...
