It is a penalty for illegal kick. But it's a live ball penalty so the other team can take the result of the play, which of course they did.

I had no idea the demographics of Duncanville HS had shifted that much. 3% white? Dang. When they won the title over Judson in the ‘90’s it was probably 50-60% white.

I don’t think he was used correctly and also the training staff didn’t do his rehab correctly from what I heard from people in Aledo. Not sure if that part is true.
I think if He was at Texas with any other coach and/or QB he would have been miles better. Just the wrong time for him to go there, imo.
