That’s not even an extra point. She is kicking from the 3 yard line. Are they gonna snap the ball from the middle of the end zone?

That is a drill done to practice getting the ball up quickly.

Ok what is this then?

Inside the 10 and the ball is floundering down as it crosses

Going to be interesting if Missouri's kick returner breaks one and she has to try and make a tackle to save a touchdown.

She couldn't be worse than 70% of kickers in that scenario. Even the best tacking kickers are at an extreme disadvantage to a return specialist in the open field.

This underscores how poor kicker development is. I should know I was a PK in college and I damn sure wasn't a great or even good kicker. Now that was 30+ years ago but "we" need to develop kickers at younger ages.

Meh. We’re used to being on the wrong side of history.

Agenda driven? She’s the only actual kicker they have.

She’s taking two more steps than all other kickers do. If the defense actually tries to block it, the timing will be so far off that the guy on the outside should get there no problem

It may have only been a 17 yard FG, but that thing would have been good from at least 18.

Edited for too much optimism.

I guarantee there are many players on the team that can do better than her.

What, about that, do you think would be history making?

I just got a notification from ESPN that she would be the first female ever to play for a power 5 team in a conference game.

I just thought of how they're doing kickoffs. Do they have a guy for those, and if so, can he not kick FGs? If they don't, are they going to roll with onside kicks every time?

Wow!
I didn't realize there was a time limit on ball flight.
Is this like a shot clock?
What is the penalty if the ball doesn't get over the crossbar in time?

Are you a ruhtard

The ball needs to get over 10 feet high before it gets even with the crossbar. Most college kickers reach 10 feet in height almost immediately. Her kicks barely reach 10 feet at the time it meets the crossbar
