Rule question about earlier play. KC got a 1st down from Kelce (or one of the TE) standing out of bounds but pushing helping his teammate beyond the 1st down marker. How does that work, should whistle be blown when helped by out of bounds player or is that only for touching ball while out of bounds?

There are rules about helping a player advance the ball. I don't know which exact ones, because they never ever call it no matter how blatant it is.

I think right now the only penalty is if you grab and pull a ball carrier forward.
