Talent-wise, he is right behind Bradford, Snead, and McCoy.
He is definitely better than say....Tim Tebow (NFL-wise), Jimmy Clausen, Max Hall, Zac Robinson, or Juice Williams.
But his character will make him a second day pick at best. He is simply a high-risk draft pick. No team is going to waste a first day pick on that kind of risky guy.
That said...somebody might see a big payoff with relatively little risk by drafting him late. So I think that is where he goes.

now that is how you answer a thread post with some sense. the guy did piss away a chance to be a star in college but he has talent. talent still gets u on the field last i checked.

So being coked up and refusing to exit one's car isn't typically something that lands you in jail?
Pointing a gun in public at someone not a jailable offense?
