Well, I don't think it was out of line to say the team used to be built on defense and running the ball.

Now, all you can really say is his goody two shoes act is annoying.

It's funny how his career arc is kind of like Brady in the sense that he didn't have to be dominant at first, but now he is carrying the team.

Wilson is hated?

I think he's kinda like Brees in that he's super PC. Hated though?

His first two seasons in the league he threw for 52 touchdowns and hasn't thrown double digit interceptions since his rookie year. He's one of the most efficient quarterbacks I've ever seen.

I just don't see what's "mediocre" about that.

I hate elevating guys due to TD pass numbers or using TD/int as some great plus/minus thing.

I'll otherwise defer to you stat dorks on the efficiency stuff.

How do you evaluate QBs?

All I'm saying is this. If a guy moves his team up and down the field, doesn't throw a lot of picks, and completes a high percentage of passes, who cares what the last play of a drive is? I hate the ZOMG over whether guys throw a bunch of 2 yard TD passes or not. It might mean a lot for fantasy, but doesn't say much about why a guy is a great QB. The hype over the Brees streak was the dumbest thing ever.

It's crazy if you think about it. Wilson would have two rings if his receiver would have been aggressive on that route.

So quarterbacks that consistently get FGs rather than TDs don't effect the way you judge them?

I think he can be one of the great QB's of this generation, he is such a great guy too, you should look at his Instagram page and see how much work this guy does.

Anybody who hates or dislikes Russell Wilson has personal issues. This guy is everything a role model should be. He plays with great respect for the game. He handles himself as a pro at all times. In his personal life, he spends his hard earned personal time with sick children at hospitals. He is a man of faith and the best part about it is that he doesn't throw it in you face 24/7 like Tebow did. Oh....and he has a smoking hot girlfriend!! Guy is exactly what you want from you most important player! We need more like him...not more of what we saw in the Carolina/NY game. Kudos to Wilson!

So a guy helping his team win football games are irrelevant?

Post is as stupid can be, he has no Lockett and his running backs have 7 yards running, add in the fact he has been running for his life.
Top 5 qb in the game today, he will win this game.

Yep. Too much pigment for those constantly bashing him.

So he shits the bed when everything isn't going his way? Sounds like a game manager to me.
