Russell's one of the best CBs in the nation, and Daniels is very, very good, as well. Without being an expert on OSU's or LSU's lineup, I'd say it's more than likely both of them would start for both of those teams. Those would be two huge losses for ND. Williams came in as a 5* and hasn't lived up to his potential yet, but he's projected to start for ND this year at DE. Doubt he'd start at LSU or OSU, but he'd definitely play a lot. Moore is a career special teamer.

Based solely on last season, I think a lot of CBs could start at Ohio State.
