If I were the A's, I'd tear down that god awful upperdeck Al put up that covers the mountain view and be happy.

Oakland will build them a new stadium since the A's are the only team left in town and can't afford to lose them

Wouldn't all of the baseball games be 105 degrees?

A's don't have many bargaining chips when the city stealing the football team says "nah we're good."

Where is that rumor coming from? I can't see a MLB team thriving there. I hope they get a new stadium in Oakland.

Towns that I believe could support a new MLB team:

Montreal
Nashville
Brooklyn
Austin
Raleigh-Durham

lulz.
In addition to the dude that played the saxophone in the stands, the Expos averaged about 800 fans a night.

Been done before.

How about Philly? Largest one-team market...

Put a team on the Delaware side of the river. That'd be awesome. Pro sports needs more Delaware.
