It can still be very effective if those 2 bugs are capable of playing defense away from the basket.

His bigger problem has been not keeping pace with the other schools in recruiting. And more specifically, not being able to land any real difference makers at either guard position the last several years.

He had a top 10 class the past two years?

He's done good things at UNCG, but I'm not sure Wes is quite there yet.

Was good, not great. And that's backed up by him shooting 37% from the field in the NBA.

Coby White was his late truly great guard and he was only here one year.

Other than White, Roy has had issues recruiting pure shooters.
