Asik can adequately guard Aldridge for sure. To say that NOBODY can is a joke. Asik will lean on him and make Aldridge shoot over him. Aldridge had a very average game on 11/5 when Houston was still doing the twin towers experiment and Asik spent a lot of time on LA.

Asik played 22 minutes, Aldridge was 2-8 with 1 TO with Asik guarding him.

Hell even harden D'ed him up a couple times in the post in the last game in the last few minutes when Houston was coming back to push it to OT.

eta: last 6 minutes of regulation and ot with harden on Aldridge

1-5 fg 2-4 from the line.

3. Dwight will likely "have his way" but Robin will tire him down. We have no one else to stick on him though.
How exactly is Robin Lopez going to "tire him down"?

4. I read Lin threads and all of them talk about how much Lin blows but now they're all quick to his defense
Where do you read Lin threads at?

I don't know if I posted in this thread, but I was wrong.

I thought Portland did things that were important in the playoffs better, like offensive rebounding and defending the perimeter, but I still didn't think they'd win this series going into it.

After Game 1, it was clear Portland would win it.

Is he really a top 10 player in the NBA though? What does he do besides score?

7. I say the Rockets objectively. They have more ways to win and don't rely as much on jump shooting. Rockets also play better defense. There is a myth that the Rockets are a bad defensive team, but that's not true. They are top 10 if you check the numbers. They give up a lot of points because they play at a high pace.

James Harden's first two games: 14-of-47 shooting, nine turnovers.

Dwight went like 2-12 in the 2nd half.....Harden is playing like shite

Can't wait to see if they give up on this series or if either actually does show a little heart/pride

been top 10 ALL year bro.

the story in this series to date is that Houston has been off from 3. Theyve shot 54 3s at 20%. If they shoot at their season average they have 8 more makes and are very likely up 2-0. OH well some nights the shots don't fall but the law of averages is heavily in our favour going forward. I'll revise my prediction to Houston in 7.
