All I know is that ever since the SEC watered down its conference by adding Texas and Oklahoma, the league hasn’t won a national championship.

It’s bad enough that we have the diet versions of these two by way of the 2012 expansion. Time to get back to being the SOUTH EASTERN conference. Now the southwestern conference and not the Big8 2.0 conference.

You didn’t read what I wrote.

Once this bill passes all teams are locked into their conference for years if not decades. To change conf a team has to be independent for 5 years, which would kill revenue and thus no one can do it.

What I said is the B10 is stuck with those west coast teams and their only option to alleviate travel for some teams is to make 9 team divisions. Play 8 in div and then 1 crossover from other div.

Nebby and Iowa and a few others would likely get stuck with western teams
