Mayet is a bum. He's sustaining thanks to Guillot's greatness right now.

The REC is going to be putting pressure on the board to can him if we keep losing regular season games.

I'm shocked riverside won this game. Are they that good or pbs played bad game?

Yes, they have talent, and Bill Stubbs is a great high school coach.

Riverside must have a good d. Parkview's offense was shite. And teams usually aren't able to prepare for Parkview in one week and shut them down.

Riverside lost some big kids on defense after last year. The offense is just average right now, as they have a converted wide receiver playing quarterback while Jordan Loving is out with a bad back. When he returns, their offense is going to light it up like last year.

To be fair, that converted WR has offers from LSU and virtually every other SEC school. He's an incredible athlete.

Herb was the back up, the starter is apparently out for the season.

The starter Jordan Loving is out for the season and the backup Jared Butler is also out until the end of September. Herb is the last resort.

Yea but it's not bad to have McGee's hands on the ball every play either

parkview just doesnt have a lot of talent.
Riverside didnt have much either, but mcgee was pretty legit.

Well Catholic isnt good. I could tell that from watching the game.
Riverside had a stud at qb which can take you a long way in HS.
Yeah they play curtis next (it's thursday not friday) and i'm sure it will be brutal.

Riverside may beat Hahnville next week. Not sure how much depth Riverside has or how many guys go both ways but the little bit I did see on TV, they looked good.
