How many comments are made by black athletes about white one's? I'm sure there are plenty, but racism is a one way street in the United States. It's not 1865 or even 1965 anymore. Blacks need to get over the past and move on. Race pimps keep racism alive, it's a lucrative industry!

It shouldn't have been reported at all. Much less made a huge issue. He said a word that 90% of the NFL probably says daily.

Wrong. Make an example of him or you are condoning it . NFL image at stake

It's up to his teammates to determine when enough is enough.
From what I have heard, the black players are handling it with class.

The answer to the OP lies in the chemistry of the Eagles locker room and indirectly in the other 31 locker rooms.
How well are Cooper and the Eagles getting along? I don't know, but that's the biggest factor.
Is a player on another team licking his chops at the opportunity to spear Cooper and lay him out when going over the middle? That's another factor.
The media won't let this go until those two questions are resolved, nor should they.

Just about anyone here that works for a large company would be fired if they were caught on camera saying that.
I thought it was funny though

He's an insensitive moron who gets paid millions of dollars to catch a ball. He's no different than the majority of the NFL.

I promise you there is tons of comments made about the white boys. How would that be handled? We just allow blacks to say and do what they want. Once again it's not 1965 anymore . No double standards. This would not even be a story if it was the other way around. Kind of like Zimmerman- Martin. Make a non-racist Hispanic into a racist white guy, and turn it into racism. Blacks kill each other every day in record numbers. How much of that do you hear about on TV?

Too much.
If a black player said honkey or cracker or whitey.............nobody would give a frick.

If a black player can say it and every rap song glorifies it, how can it be that bad?
