I dont get the hate for RG3. He seems like a level-headed guy. He's gotten torched for recieving wedding gifts and now this. People like to rip NFL players for being thugs, and then when you get a well spoken guy who isnt, he also gets ripped.
Is this based on his political views? Seems like he's a black guy that leans conservative, and we all know how they are treated in the media/by other blacks.

I have tried SO hard over the years to hate rg3. Y'all don't understand--the struggle is definitely real.

Wow, not sure why Griffin is getting hate. Seems like a nice kid to me.
A lot of people absolutely idolize athletes who endanger the lives of others with DUIs, sexually assault women, get in brawls, etc.
RGIII gets knocked because some people bought him presents and b/c he admitted he was upset when he woke up from surgery and discovered the extent of his injury/surgery.
