Agreed, need to set an example to society that false accusations of DV against people will not be tolerated anymore, this shite needlessly ruins peoples lives, careers and reputations to which they may never recover. We say we're a country that upholds due process and presumption of innocence, let's act like it for once in our lifetimes and deter such schemes from ever happening again.

therefore wouldnt it make sense he and the 49ers could pay her to go away?

this kind of thing warrants a 6 game suspension if you believe goodell
But there's video evidence of her getting beat to sleep by another woman causing her injuries that she claimed Reuben inflicted on her

The woman’s eardrum was ruptured this time as diagnosedd by a doctor

The woman now aledges that came from a fight days before

So, this woman would have not only gone days without treatment for a ruptured eardrum, the doctor/prosecution would have had to incorrectly assume the timing of the ruptured eardrum

any ENTs on here? Should it be obvious to the doctor when the eardrum was ruptured?

Yea but he wasn’t a gump. I’m sure she’s normal now and not psycho at all. The gump obviously beat the shite out of her. Women would never be so vindictive

Is it okay if I think she and Foster are both crazy? Foster had character concerns coming into the draft, then got arrested for marijuana possession less than a year after he was picked by SF.

lol

Foster and this woman are both barely functioning idiots

I could see either story being true

They are both trash, and I defend neither

You are simply defending Foster because he played for your team

I know this case is a different story altogether, but how do you go about proving this kind of thing in the vast majority of cases?

I’m defending him because a woman with a history of lying about DV is admitting that she lied about DV.

I’ve been involved with a crazy bitch that did the exact same thing when I dumped her. Some women don’t use logic when revenge is the only thing on their mind. This girl only threatened to tell the police I hit her and then apologized when she calmed down a few days later, but for a few days I was terrified that I was about to be locked up for something I didn’t do. Our system works that way unfortunately. It’s fricking weird to me that you want to believe she was paid off to recant her story. There would be more money in suing the pro athlete, if that’s all it was about.

Umm, all your tweet shows is that the DA is agreeing she began recanting two days after she first accused him.....

I think there was a good chance she was, due to Reuben being a walking idiot, and her having a ruptured eardrum

If the medical notes say the eardrum was likely ruptured days earlier, I would say Reubs is in the clear

It was said that he punched her in the head 8-10 times. Do you really believe that a women would only have a ruptured ear drum and a couple other minor injuries if she was hit in the head 8-10 times and physically tossed out of the house by an NFL LB?

She would’ve been in ICU if not the cemetery. That doesn’t fit the narrative though.

If he punched her as hard as he could?

She would have likely been dead

Since the case seems so damn easy, why is the DA still going with it?

Does he like losing? Is he Nifongs brother? Wears LSU underwear? All part of the narrative?

John Lynch did him a disservice. She would've thought about Foster losing money and eventually said he was innocent. That's usually how these things work out but Lynch publicly pressuring Foster's job, and her almost immediately "coming clean", makes it look like she was bought off.
