Kaep wasn’t a very good QB when he was on a team. His prolonged publicity stunt has morphed his level of skill in many’s eyes. That is not to say that he wasn’t good QB enough to be a backup, but it isn’t as if the league is missing out while Colin Kaepernick continues to sit at home.
That said, although he made his own choices, the media, especially ESPN, drove this issue into the ground and made it toxic. Now they want to pressure the league into opening the doors back to him.

Unfortunately Kaeps message gets lost because he offended a lot of Russian...I mean American patriots but there’s a problem with how police react to African Americans and many don’t fear consequences of bad police work. Kaep did well for putting this on the spotlight. With that said, I’m not a fan of forcing teams to get him. They should have the right to hire whoever they want.
