Really? You think a shot to break a record is bigger than a shot to keep your team alive in the finals?

that dude is a hard worker and one of the greatest shooters of all time. If anyone has a right to say that, it's ray allen right after that 3.

Right. All of a sudden no one cares about people being clutch anymore even though they constantly fricking bring it up in every other thread.

Right now the record breaker is the biggest. If it turns out that the Spurs win game 7 then the shot is worthless. If the Heat win Game 7 then it is definitely arguable. But right now it's the record breaker.

No. Currently as we speak it is a great shot but has not amounted to anything until the Heat win Game 7.

I'll concede that it will be diminished if the heat don't win this series, but if the heat do win game 7, there's no question that the game 6 shot will be the biggest shot of his career to date.

I can agree with that.

Really? Missing the rim entirely on three point shots that he was lucky enough to get a do over on. That's putting the team on his back eh? Bosh's block and Allens 3/ginobli foul stick out as bigger plays at the end to me.

Also remember Green blocking the shite out of Lebron's 1 on 1 that LBJ then throws out of bounds.

LOL.

James scored 14 and assisted on 6 points in the 4th quarter. He had a hand in 20 out of the 30 points the Heat scored in the 4th quarter. He also scored or assisted on 6 out of the 8 points in OT.

So yeah, I'd say that constitutes putting the team on his back.

Yeah James was outscoring San Antonio 11-9 up until the 2:30 mark in the 4th.
