This is the WFAA news report on the accident in Dallas, stating that "at least one person is in the hospital."

A vehicle believed to be registered or leased to Rashee Rice was involved in the crash.

We are already over-criminalized in America. To start adding mandatory jail time to lower-level misdemeanor property crimes would be insanity.

I know what you are trying to get here but I simply don’t thinks it’s applicable when a countries culture has completely rotted like ours has.

You can decriminalize when there is a common moral thread.

You decriminalize in today’s society and people abuse it as much as possible and the repercussions are wide spread.

We're doing a lot better than the mid 70s-mid 90s.

If we survived that hellscape, we can survive anything.

fricking hilarious how the lawyer wants “low level misdemeanor property crimes” blown off yet can justify any level of shite where someone on the other end of the political spectrum is getting fricked.

Fox Sports Radio is reporting that a Corvette and a Lamborghini apparently caused a six-car accident. Rice either owned or was the driver of the Vette.

Update:Lambo and Vette were speeding, occupants of both cars fled the scene.

Which is why he ran. Thus, a stiffer punishment is needed. It won’t happen, though, and we all know it. It not saying he needs to be in prison, but the typical slap on the wrist doesn’t accomplish anything.

Speculation.

Do you really want to base criminal law on what the state can't prove (but wants to)? Think about the implications across the board.
