If aria was on the list I’d put him below Cam and slide everyone else down. I know you said starting QBs but he should be on that list since he won that ship for bama.

Using this criteria, Jameis Winston has to be on this list. He was amazing for FSU in 2013.

As a college qb, I’d take Leinart over Lawrence.

Same list I had and there's a drop off after that. Jameis probably doesn't get enough credit because of what he's done since, but he was incredible in 2013, too. Mac Jones and 2004 Leinert were excellent both those years as well.
