And Rick Smith blows, so it's only proof of the opposite of what Quanell is saying.

Quannell's name hasn't been in the news lately, so I guess he wanted to swing for the fences to get his name back out there.

It's funny that he brings up the "civil right/bathroom bill". There were just as many, if not more black folk against that bill. Homophobia is strong in their community.

When is the NFL going to implement a version of the "Rooney Rule" for QBs? For instance, would each team have to have at least one black QB on the roster? Or would it be more stringent in that each NFL team would be forced to start a black QB in at least one game?
Well, the Rooney rule does neither of those things, so no clue why you'd think that.

Obviously that's a bit absurd. But is it really that more absurd that the Rooney rule for coaches?
Yes, yes it is.

not in cases like this, first of all guys like Quanell call everyone a racist so it has no meaning and the people that buy this stuff already think the same thing, so it has no impact.

Yeah, I don't get why they didn't want EJ Manuel or RG3. So many great options out there for black franchise QB's. I'll bet Quanell 10 would be the greatest GM ever to grace the NFL...

How many legit black franchise QB's have there ever been?
Moon
Vick (prior to dog fighting)
Cam

Drawing a blank on any others right now.

I'm pretty sure Quan is one of the folks that calls into 790 begging them to sign Vince Young

Russel Wilson
Donavan McNabb
Daunte Culpepper before his knee injury
Randall Cunningham

But yeah, I get what you're saying. There just ain't any available right now unless you want to offer Seattle your entire '16 and '17 draft.

It's pretty well known in horse racing circles( mcnair is a big time horse racing owner) that he doesn't care for minorities
