It might be from the video they referenced, but there was a video from a party that weekend with a girl—that is allegedly the accuser—proudly saying lost her her virginity at 14, that she had sex with like 20 guys or something, and likes to eat buttholes.
That obviously doesn’t mean that same girl couldn’t be raped, but gang rapes are extremely rare, and seem to be disproportionately more likely to be false accusations (Duke lacrosse, UVA frat party, OSU defensive backs, etc.), with the Vanderbilt football gang rape being a notable exception. And that was on a unconscious victim, which is just as bad, but my guess it’s less likely to happen if there is a conscious victim resisting as someone might realize this is wrong.
Regardless, between the video and gang raped being far less likely but far more likely to be a hoax, I think any reasonable person would question that it’s more likely a proudly promiscuous girl, willing to admit on camera she likes eating buttholes, would voluntarily have sex with football players than the football players would gang rape her.
