To be honest, y'all kicked the crap out of us. The score is misleading, the Habs dominated the Caps pretty much every which way you can dominate a team. Holtby got pulled early in the 2nd period.

The Caps did play six real good minutes of hockey at the very end, and almost tied the game. Imagine if they bothered to play like that for the whole game. Or heck, another six minutes.

What's your opinion on him, Baloo?

There are so many better players than him in Russia.

Dano and a 1st for Ladd half season rental, that's one hefty price to pay.

HUGE win for the Preds tonight on the road in Chicago, especially considering Weber was unavailable. Rinne looking like his old self and the Preds scrapped together a few goals by out-hitting the Bhawks in all three periods.

Franchise record road point streak by going 8-0-2 in last ten on the road. Hate that we go back to Smashville this weekend and I never thought I'd say that.

He's a guy. I'm not sure why the Caps are so reluctant to trade him. He doesn't play defense good enough to be a 4th liner, and there's no way he can crack the Caps top 3 lines if they shift MoJo to the wing. And there's better prospects coming up behind him in the system (Vrana, O'brien, Barber, Boyd...)

I don't hate him or anything, but I don't think he's in the Caps longterm plans. He should be tradebait for a 3C. Galiev and a 3rd for PA Parenteau. Make it happen.

Pens lock down Maatta at a very very nice price.

Just an amazing job Blues are doing.

they have had devastating injuries to their core, continue to get injuries, and still sit within 3-5pts of division lead(best in nhl).

they have had 3X more lost man minutes than dallas and chicago, and still within 5 of both.

This team could of folded with the injuries and who was injured, but still fighting. Hitch doing one hell of a job keeping the wheels from coming off.

And yet another injury to top6, last night. Lehtera out.

I know that was sarcasm but still

Score a ton of goals (except on the power play), give up two tons of goals (while you're on the power play, not your opponent), and hear half the people at your arena root for the opposing team.

Pekka is a completely different netminder when he gets tested early and often. He played out of his mind last night.

Hawks just traded Scuderi for Ehrhoff.

Per Elliotte Friedman:

Forsberg with two natural hat tricks in 3 games for the Preds.

Preds are red hot and playing their best hockey in quite some time.
