The current USC incoming recruits had the luxury of getting ready through the summer.

SC only brought in one RB this past recruiting cycle and he's more suited for fullback. SC is really, really thin at RB which is why I'm sure Kiff is pushing hard for Redd. If Mcneal were to get injured we could be screwed.

Agree. ThIs would be a great pickup for SC. Redd would also be their #1 back the following year setting him up very nicely for the 2014 draft. I don't know how some in this thread can't see this.

Redd is one of the best RBs in the nation. He would get significant PT at SC and he will become the feature back if he isn't already by week 1.

From what I've read most people in here realize it. Just ignore the dumbass who says this will hurt his draft stock. He's obviously high, or "special".

just look at the success mcneal had in that offense. now put an actual good RB in that position and watch what happens

McNeal is a good RB. Most 1000 yd. rushers are good, but Moody McNeal is a "small back" and Silas Redd is a "big back". It gives us a 1-2 punch. Since the passing game is regarded by some as an actual good aerial attack, the RB's at SC will enjoy extra yardage as defenses prepare to stop the pass first.

Mcneal is better than Redd.

Look, he's not Brandon Jacobs, but he's a "big back" when compared to Moody McNeil.

terrible news today. The Dline along with RB's are the positions we can least afford injuries.

Didn't Kiffin complain about teams "recruiting" USC players when his USC team was placed on probation?

I don't know about worse, I can only imagine how shitty JJ would have been if not surrounded by great talent.

who was the bridge QB rumored if Mett were to leave after this year? I saw it hinted at but never heard a name.

I'm against this simply because I drafted McNeal in my fantasy league last week.
