The advice I got when I started was to say hello to everybody, was great advice. Don't be "that guy" who comes off as a dick
Private Schools form own league, pay officials 3x the amount that public schools pay, don't schedule public schools at all. Recruiting rules only apply in private league; you leave public you can play right away in private, wait one year private to private.
