Muhammad Ali is by far the most overrated athlete in the history of the world. The Klitschko brothers would absolutely demolish him.

Which one? You should quote the one you're responding to.

Either way, your response is to be expected as I stated an unpopular opinion.

The Klitschko brothers wouldn't have landed a punch on the Ali of the 60's. Not hyperbole. They would have landed zero direct blows for the entirety of the fight.

You'd see lots of this, over and over.

This thread has turned to what amounts to someone sticking their finger in their nose , flicking a booger out and then seeing what sticks to the wall.

Tiger Woods will go down as the greatest sportsman of all time. Greater than Ruth, MJ, Ali, Gretzky, Brown, Federer.

What usually constitutes winning strategy is aesthetically unappealling. Therefore, winning teams are often boring and uninteresting. Flawed losers are more entertaining and more embody the concept of "sportsmen".

If you root for a winner, you probably suck. I far prefer the losers. Which is to say, Barkley is more interesting than Jordan, Kelly more than Montana, Bonds more than Jeter, and Ovie more than Crosby.

Athletes who win have dedicated their lives to winning and nothing else. Which makes them inherently uninteresting people. They are empty vessels.

I'll go one further. The only reason Tebow does not start is because NFL teams would rather fail in a traditional way than try something new and risk criticism. Tebow shows how intellectually bankrupt most bad teams are (I'm not gonna blame a good team for failing to take a shot on something different, but some place like Buffalo or Jacksonville?)

You would have a point if Vick and the original Tebow (Vince Young) didn't exist.
