If it was consensual i dont see the issue here
She can now easily sue for a payday that will dwarf her career earnings. Even if meritless (i.e., not done for retaliation) the optics of a fight are potentially bad enough that the Suns would rather bite the bullet for a settlement, particularly if they’re trying to clean up the org’s image
He’s not going to be CEO of either team this time next week
