A 50 year old ranked 49th in the world opened as co favorite at 20-1 and moved to favorite at 18-1. He's like the 5th highest ranked player in the field and has only 3 top 10 (2nd WGC Memphis, 3rd at Pebble Beach and Saudi Arabia) all year.
That tells you all you need to know about field strength. It's like a pga alternate event or a mid tier euro tour tournament. Safeway normally gets a few names but this covid schedule screwed it.

This course is in Napa. Has anybody give to this tournament before? That would be fun AF to go to.

One of those rare PGA tour events that inflates the winner’s OWGR like winning a KFT or European tour event.
I looked up Tony Finau’s OWGR and saw he got more points for winning a Web event then his T10 in the Masters. His Puerto Rico win (opposite field) is more than his T4 at the PGA.

Not a great look for Kiz today (although I’m sure many on this board will love it):
@rexchapman: My friends parents have died from Covid & Covid related issues. My parents are in & out of the hospital. One of my kids tested positive for Covid today.
Forgive me if I’m upset over 200,000 dead when the President told us 6-months ago we would be down to 0 cases “in a few days.”

And fwiw, I can’t stand Rex Chapman. Just know this isn’t a good look for my boy Kiz.
