Think about it, Cam is going to prolly win 6 games with this team. Peyton would def be 4-5 games better then Cam, I think anyone would admit that. That makes him a solid playoff team at 10-6 or 11-5

I don't think people will ever put Cam in the Manning, Brady, or Rodgers category - Those guys are elite HoF kinda guys. Of course they would be in more.

Look dude, open your fricking eyes, the issue with this team starts with the personnel. The coaching is also terrible, but it starts at the top.

He used to be able to get away from those kind of hard rushes - he can't keep this up - Gruden is right. When the defenders are getting paid and have incentives to put you on your back, the game changes.
I just don't know if he can be an elite pocket passer kinda guy - I think he is going to need to be if he wants a long career in the pros.

Well, I have more that doesn't include Gettleman, but the specific items I responded to were personnel issues.
Where do I start, the coaching is woefully inadequate. Last year's winning streak was all on the players in my opinion. They took the responsibility and won the games despite the mediocre coaching. That is why the GM thing seems to always take center stage because even Richardson didn't seem to realize that the players he had overachieved DESPITE the coaching.
Mike Shula should have NEVER been even considered as the OC, he only has a job because of his name. He is a huge reason why Cam is struggling so bad, he had no idea how to use him.

Ray Lewis just said, "right?" about 61 times in 10 minutes of post-game on the field analysis with Levy, Trent Dilfer and Steve Young. That fedora was pretty tight tho.
