An update: Sean Dollars is staying at Oregon. Name was withdrawn from the portal this morning. Comes after an announcement from him late last night that he’d decided to remain with the Ducks following a talk with Dan Lanning.

Some of these guys are signing with another team immediately.
Pretty obvious there is talking going on before the name is ever put in.

The ncaa could establish tampering windows and contracts and eliminate the one-time transfer rule tommorrow, but they refuse to do anything after they hot beat in court. Their mindset now seems to be... "Let it burn."

I came to this thread to ponder if they have an app for the transfer portal now.

He added his name to the online cart for transfer portal, then refreshed the page on accident. It happens.

He wasn't aware that Apple updated the iOS and you can pull down to refresh in Safari now.

Who will be the first player to play for 4 different SEC schools in 4 years?
What a college football experience... Just imagine if you could do a year each at Bama, LSU, Georgia and Florida?
Signing your first rookie contract and actually being tied to one NFL team for 3-4 years will feel like prison.

Way to prove you have just like to complain about the transfer portal, but have taken ZERO time to know how it even works.

Is there a website where they do this?

Will the new legislation limit transfers to one per player?
Players will receive one free transfer, but they can still transfer as many times as their NCAA clock allows. Players are also allowed to apply for waivers for transfer after they’ve used their one free transfer.
There's no limit to how many waivers a player can seek.
quote:
Is there a deadline to enter the transfer portal?
Players can transfer any time during the year but have until May 1 to officially enter the portal and still be allowed to use their one free transfer. Any transfer after the deadline will revert to the previous transfer rule of sitting out a year of participation — unless the player receives a waiver.

Are there limits to where a player can transfer?
No. Players can move within conferences or subdivisions (FBS to FCS, or FCS to FBS).
