I have no idea how he got the bloody nose and don't get me wrong if I had to bet on it, I'd bet it came from one of the 2 OU dudes just because I don't know what other plausible explanation there is.
But I agree with your point, they don't strike me as the type that would have been that calm if the OU dudes popped him in the nose, I feel they would have immediately ended it at that point.
