there's no way they'll be able to do that. There are people who have already bought their tickets, flights, and hotel rooms for the game.

Its f-ed up that they can't play in the B1G game. You may get some weird situation where that division champion totally sucks if Wisconsin falls off.

The penalty isn't as bad as it sounds on paper. Bowl bans are really no big deal
