OSU WRs were jogging at the end of routes and caused fields to miss. Huge throw here as Fields is butter with the deep ball!

The defender didn't get a hand on the returner. He was going to whiff regardless of the "block".
It was ticky tack as hell and they're not calling it that way anywhere else.
