the official didn't call helmet to helmet, he called "illegal contact to the head". which the DL clearly did, hitting mccoy's head w/ both hands for no reason after the ball was gone.

Btw, why the hell does Texas bother handing it to #3? The guy has only run forward twice this game and has no eyes for open holes and no brains for gaining some yards instead of bouncing outside and losing even more.

i understand there's not a lot in the playbook for 3rd and 28, but there's got to be a better alternative than a run outside directly at a guy that's unblocked.
