I didn't watch either of the ULM games (against Arky or Auburn), but we've seen that QB issues on already bad teams have allowed ULM to make games out of those two weeks. Baylor is a potent high scoring offense. I think ULM's luck ends here.

I'm playing it slow this week. May make some wagers tonight if I see some lines I like, otherwise, I'm waiting til tomorrow morning.
So far I only have two college plays:
Clemson +14.5
Teaser: LSU -12.5 & Wash State -12.5
I'm eyeing:
Baylor
UCLA
WVU
Florida
Oklahoma
