It really depends. If you like a bet that you think will be very popular (example the over in any Oregon game, Alabama, Ohio State) then you need to get in early because those lines more often than not will go up.
Now of course if you like the opposite side of it, then you wait until the line stabilizes and buy some extra insurance.
But in general, the earlier the better.

Trying to figure out if I should roll with La Tech or not on thurs. I really like UGA and Clemson but staying away from LSU. Too many unknowns at this point.

Does LSU line move closer to even or does the spread increase closer to the game?
I think it may move closer to even as people learn LSU hasn't played a game yet. But not sure.

Well, anybody who can move the line through 3 already knows LSU didn't play. But I wouldn't be surprised to see some big money buy +4 on gameday

ND -10.5 at Virginia seems too good to be true. I hate ND but they're actually good and Virginia is really bad.

I did clean up Thursday and doubled down on Ohio State at the last minute to make up for saturday. I made some dumb bets when I was drunk and tailgating before the LSU monsoon
