Missed offensive pass interference was more flukish and effecting of the outcome vs the average result of the game being played 100 times. Loiuisville really did absolutely nothing the whole half outside of 1 incredibly illegal play. If the ref makes that really easy call, they would basically have no drives and only a stop or two in the half over a large sample size of drives. They were dominated so badly its hard to think a turnover that they ended up getting anyway a couple plays later would have much of an effect.
