If it were little Jay or Scott Paterno that got Sanduskized, I wonder if JoePa would've just reported it to campus authorities & moved on?

Yeah, I'm sure he would've...

Millen
His quotes on this thing have been all over the place

In one breath he says it makes him sick and then he's like, "you're innocent until proven guilty"

i mean, a grand jury indictment isn't like a big deal or anything

So how much money will Penn State have to pay out to the victims once this is all out in the open?
Someone mentioned PSU has a 1billion dollar endowment. That should about cover it.

I haven't read this whole thread, so not sure if this had been mentioned. Pat News reporting Joe PA allowed Sandusky to bring small boys to practice up until at least 2007. Seriously, how could Paterno & these other coaches stand there & watch this man bring kids to practice knowing that he was going to molest them?? What kind of souless individual could stand by and not only say nothing, but indirectly encourage it by letting him use your practices to entice young boys!

Joe PA is a POS & a criminal I don't care how old he is. Sandusky was caught in the act twice inside the football facility @ Joe Pa never said a word. Sandusky was allowed to use these facilities up until his arrest last week.

frick you Paterno. I hope you die a slow painful death.

MILLEN NEEDS TO STFU. He's talking about how Joe is doing what "he really needs to be doing right now which is preparing for a football game"...

This man does not get the gravity of what is happening. Talking about how PSU needs to make a quick decision on Paterno to "protect their brand"...he doesn't get that it is their protecting of their brand at the expense of the innocence of children that caused this firestorm

Anyone watching CFB Live?
Millen calling for PSU to act and to act ASAP.
It also appears that Joe wants to talk to the press, but I'm guessing his attorneys or his entourage is kind of blocking that from happening.

Millen is destroying his image. Someone should tell him to get the heck out from in front of a camera.

Not that his gig with Detroit didn't already pretty much convince anyone with half a brain this guy doesn't know WTF he's talking about, anyway.

Actually, it's not. A grand jury indictment is pretty much a rubber stamp.

Although...this story does not sound good.

I'm just wondering why the janitor or grad assistant didn't call 911 immediately. I know things like that can be traumatic but aren't we taught in school as kids to call the police asap if strange activity is happening??

Karma for making play on the fricked up field in the Cap 1 bowl a few years ago.

there is a detective who heard Sandusky admit to a victim's mother that he took a naked shower with her son and apologized for it and said "I wish I were dead". Nothing came of it. A blatant admission of guilt yet nothing gets done...when a detective hears it straight from the rapist's mouth

In the detective's defense of this matter, the county district attorney decided there would be no charges and his boss (Harmon, director of campus police) told him to close the case. I don't know that he could have done much else at that point.

Yeah, he was told not to do it again. It's like the whole city was hell-bent on keeping this quiet.
