Brandel dared Frank and Notah to say that Tiger was lying to the media last week. Brandel said, "tiger kept saying he was 100% before Sunday." If he was 100%, them maybe Bradel is right. If he wasn't, then Frank and Notah have to say on tv that Tiger lied.

I think that's why Frank was getting so annoyed. Because he knew Brandel was trying to set him up by being smarmy about what Tiger had said about his health. Brandel was really gunning for Foley hard though. That was so funny.
