Terrible shot by Nelson, it's like he wasn't even trying
Kind of like this team
I missed the first few minutes putting kids to bed and of course I come down and it's already 1-0. Pathetic.

Jared Bednar at the casino last night definitely means he’s done if we lose this one

Absolutely. Hart had him squared up and he decided to shoot it from the high slot. What the frick?

There’s “trying too hard” and whatever the frick that was. Probably could’ve slowed down and drawn a penalty, if not beat Hart with physicality at the end of it similar to Landy’s last night.

I’m over Nelson.

This team just looks like they don't want to be there
So far only Blackwood has shown up

Well, and the obvious - Kelly Sutherland against the Avs.

I hope ESPN shows this out of the break, pretty sure Vegas had 7 on the ice.

Avalanche are only alive because of the goalie change. Otherwise we are boat raced.

Great series for him there. Thankfully that last shot was put right into his glove like Nelson did earlier. There was even more room upstairs and the dude couldn’t elevate the pick high enough.

They missed too many men by a mile. The Avs bench was fricking losing it.

Heres why I think Bednar is done after this one: what changes did we actually make besides shifting lines?

Vegas isn’t overly concerned about pressuring us on the puck in their PK… so we still set up the bumper? Why not set up a screen that forces more open shooting lanes by shifting them out of their square defense and into a diamond?

Bednar needs to go.

We are at the game. They’ve missed 4-5 calls that would have put Avs on the PP.

Since you’re there, Sutherland apparently told the Avs bench that the puck wasn’t near… which is part of the rule, but not the rule when THAT bad. I counted 7 going back, but you’ve got better sight of that.
